Protect from adverse weather conditions, such as extremely high or freezing temperatures, rain, direct exposure to sun, for at least 12–24 hours from application.

Consumption is always depending on the substrate surface profile and roughness, as well as on the application technique (single spreading/floating method or double spreading/buttering method). As a guide:

Pour the recommended water in a suitable, clean mixing container. While stirring slowly, add the powder to the water and mix thoroughly using a low speed (~500 rpm) electric mixer until a homogeneous and lump free mix is achieved.
After blending, leave the product maturing and then briefly stir it prior the application. The obtained mix has a very creamy consistency and is easily spreadable.

• SikaCeram®-50 Ceramic is applied using a notched trowel.
• Apply a sufficient amount of product to ensure complete wetting of the tiles’ rear.
• Tiling has to be carried out on fresh adhesive, exerting an adequate pressure to ensure contact with the adhesive, and thus the perfect bonding. In case a surface film is formed on the adhesive, remove the adhesive layer with the flat part of the spatula and apply a fresh layer of adhesive.
• Avoid application under direct sun exposure and/or strong wind.

Thoroughly clean all tools and equipment with water before the product has set, preferably immediately after use. Once hardened it can only be removed by mechanical means.
