Protect the freshly applied coating for min. 24 hours from frost

~ 0.15ltr/m² for priming, when thinned with water (mixing ratio 1 : 2)
~ 0.50ltr/m² for first coat, then  ~ 0.25ltr/m2 (subsequent coats)

Substrate must be uniform, dry, free of dust, oil or grease and loose or friable particles. Surface defects, voids, honeycombing, etc. in the concrete must be repaired with suitable Sika mortars before coating.

Repair damaged bituminous substrates before application
Rinse concrete surfaces with clean water.
Clean contaminated substrates by appropriate means, including steam cleaning, high pressure water jetting, etc. to achieve a suitable substrate surface quality as outlined above.

Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened Sika BlackSeal® Brick must be removed by mechanical means
