Structural Synthetic Polypropylene Macro Fibres

SikaFiber®-408 X are structural synthetic fibres with an “X” shaped cross sectional surface area – 40 mm in length x 0.8 mm in diameter for use in concrete as reinforcement.

Application

Application Information

Dispensing

  • Add Sika® Fibres directly into the mixing system during or after the batching of the ingredients, before mixing at high speed.
  • The mixing time will be slightly increased with the addition of Sika® Fibres.
  • Mix thoroughly for at least 5 minutes at high revolutions.
  • NEVER add fibres directly into the mixing water.
