Application Information

Dispensing

  • Add Sika® Fibres directly into the mixing system during or after the batching of the ingredients, before mixing at high speed.
  • The mixing time will be slightly increased with the addition of Sika® Fibres.
  • Mix thoroughly for at least 5 minutes at high revolutions.
  • NEVER add fibres directly into the mixing water.
Consumption

Recommended Dosage

Must only be dosed as per Engineer’s specification.

(Typically, steel fibre dosage will be in the range of 20kg to 40kg per cubic metre).
